Chairman of the Board - J. David (Dave) Siembieda
J. David Siembieda has been the President and CEO of CrossCheck, Inc., the nation’s third largest check approval and guarantee provider, for over 8 years. He has over 18 years of experience in the check services field.

Dave took over as President  & CEO in 2000 after holding the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, leading CrossCheck to record breaking sales and annual growth of over 40%. Previously, he was the Vice President of Consumer Relations and was instrumental in forming CrossCheck’s Legal Affairs Department.
Dave is a member of the board of directors for the Electronic Transaction Association, an international trade association serving the needs of organizations that provide transaction processing products and services. Dave serves on the advisory board of The Green Sheet, a financial services publication for ISOs. Dave is also a member of NACHA’s Electronic Check Council.

Dave is a graduate of Sonoma State University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management

President & CEO - Chris Schumacher
Chris has extensive experience in operational management, strategic planning and systems automation.  Chris also has an impressive background in the accounts receivable management industry with over 18 years of leadership experience. His work in development and implementation of collection strategies utilizing technology and analytics has created customized solutions which increase collection results for our clients.

Chris also currently serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for CrossCheck, Inc. Chris has been an integral part of the Executive Management Team at CrossCheck since 2002 and plays a key role in strategic planning for the company.
Prior to joining CrossCheck, Inc., Chris held a variety of management positions at Transworld Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of industry giant, NCO Group, Inc., including Director of Operations for the corporate office which consists of 140 sales offices and 20 call centers across the U.S. He also held the position as Collection Manager for Credit Management Services in the Los Angeles and Honolulu offices.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Sonoma State University.

National Vice President of Sales - Terry Buske
Terry Buske brings a wealth of sales leadership, strategic planning and collection industry experience to his position at Optio Solutions.

Terry has held several top management positions in financial services and collection industry companies. He recently served as President and CEO for Six400 Financial Services, a software development company serving banks and credit unions.  Prior to joining Six400, Terry was the Executive Vice President of Business Development for the Six Sigma Academy, the global consultancy celebrated by Jack Welch of General Electric (GE), among other Fortune 100 companies.  In addition, Terry was the Regional Sales Director for Transworld Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of NCO, and was responsible for growing the Houston, Texas, region into the top revenue producing region for the US.

Vice President of Sales, Western Division - Steven Connor

Steven Connor has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the financial services and collections industries.

Connor began his career in Southern California as a commissioned sales professional for a national organization. By the age of 27 he was promoted to a District Manager position in Honolulu, Hawaii and two years later was promoted to lead a regional office in Phoenix, Arizona. He concluded an 18 year career with the company as a Divisional Vice President. Steven is CEO and founding principle of Unconditional Self Empowerment, LLC and is a Certified Transformational Life Coach.

Steven has a degree in Psychology from the University of Findlay.

Vice President - Randy S. Salenfriend
Randy S. Salenfriend is an accomplished attorney with strong experience in General Civil and Business Law. He has a sound reputation for high ethical standards and client advocacy. He has litigated on behalf of clients in matters of property rights, personal injury, workplace injury, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, landlord/tenant disputes, construction defects, business litigation and real estate. As Corporate Counsel and Manager of Legal Affairs for CrossCheck, Inc., Randy has a thorough understanding of diverse business structures with the ability to develop targeted business plans, internal controls, management systems, operating policies, staff and employee development programs and sales/marketing strategies. He has headed the Legal Affairs Department at CrossCheck since 2002. In addition, his previous work experience not only includes establishing his own practice but he has also worked with both large and small Bay Area law firms in San Jose, San Mateo and San Francisco.

Randy received his Bachelor of Science and his Juris Doctor from Western State University in San Diego, California.

Manager of Client Relations - Karen Cividanes
Karen Cividanes brings over 16 years of management, staffing and training experience to Optio Solutions. Karen was previously involved in creating and enforcing company policies and procedures, including initiating HIPAA policy, at offices throughout the Western United States. Karen’s experience includes personnel training and supervision for financial services, collections and pharmaceutical companies.

Karen graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing.

 

 

Manager of Consumer Relations – Doug Morrison
Doug Morrison has an extensive background in the collections industry, including 25 years in a management role.  During his career, Doug has been responsible for multiple collection divisions throughout the country for one of the world’s largest financial services companies.  In addition, Doug spent several years in collections management at the nation’s third largest check guarantee company developing a highly successful team of collectors as well as becoming one of the company’s most successful collectors handling the company’s high ticket claims.   

Doug has additional experience as a Legal Coordinator overseeing the strategic execution of hundreds of collection litigation cases.  During his time as Legal Coordinator annual revenue for the department increased by over 100%. 

Doug has a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA.
