We guarantee our
service!
Optio Solutions guarantees
that a client using our Strategy I service will collect a
minimum of two times the total amount of the package price,
when using our service according to the terms and conditions
of the program agreement.
If not, we will refund either the total purchase
price of the Accounts purchased or the cash difference between
double the total purchase price of the Accounts and the dollar
amount collected.
| Conditions
of guarantee: |
- All Accounts purchased are activated within two
years (twenty-four months) from date of purchase.
- The average principal balance is $60 or more per
Account.
- All Accounts submitted must be filled out correctly
and completely including: correct consumer addresses,
specifying the Date of Last Payment or Charge, not
involving bankrupt Accounts or Accounts submitted
more than 12 months from the Date of Last Payment
or Charge.

Guarantee is void if 10% or
more of the Accounts submitted are Mail Returns.
