President & CEO - Chris Schumacher

Chris has extensive experience in operational management, strategic planning and systems automation. Chris also has an impressive background in the accounts receivable management industry with over 18 years of leadership experience. His work in development and implementation of collection strategies utilizing technology and analytics has created customized solutions which increase collection results for our clients.

Chris also currently serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for CrossCheck, Inc. Chris has been an integral part of the Executive Management Team at CrossCheck since 2002 and plays a key role in strategic planning for the company. Prior to joining CrossCheck, Inc., Chris held a variety of management positions at Transworld Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of industry giant, NCO Group, Inc., including Director of Operations for the corporate office which consists of 140 sales offices and 20 call centers across the U.S. He also held the position as Collection Manager for Credit Management Services in the Los Angeles and Honolulu offices.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Sonoma State University.
