  • If the call is answered, your debtor has the option to make a payment or connect to your business immediately by just pressing a button.
  • If the call is not answered, a detailed message is left reminding your debtor of their past due balance, as well as providing a method to contact you to make a payment.

Standard Talking Statements®

Our standard Talking Statements® are suited for a majority of business types.  Each phone call is customized with your company's name and phone number.  The first call is a payment reminder, and the second call is a collection agency alert.

Financial Services Talking Statements®

We offer three Talking Statements® for our financial services clients at 10 day intervals.  In addition, two overdraft notification letters are sent in conjunction with second and third calls, advising your customer about their potential charge off and collection agency assignment.

Medical Self-Pay Talking Statements®

This fully HIPAA compliant service will make two phone calls to your patients reminding them of their balance due to you for services rendered.  With the increase in uninsured or underinsured patients across the country, this is a very effective, diplomatic solution for our medical clients.
