This position is part of a team that supports the informational needs of our clients and works to improve the level of transparency between ourselves and our clients.  Responsibilities include handling inbound phone calls, updating client account information, updating various reports, creating letters/correspondence and other tasks as assigned.

You’ll be part of a high-functioning team dedicated to supporting our client base in a manner that provides them with the information they need to optimize their business results.

Job Duties

  • Handling incoming consumer and client phone calls
  • Handling daily, weekly and monthly reporting functions
  • Creating and sending letters, payment receipts, statements and other correspondence
  • Updating and maintaining account information
  • Processing and documenting inbound and outbound email, mail and faxes
  • Assist with daily operational tasks as needed

Education/Experience Required to Perform the Job

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Typing at a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
