Optio Solutions is now hiring Part-time and Full-time Call Center Customer Service Representatives to work locally in our Petaluma office.

Purpose of the Job

To provide and promote a professional, high-quality, customer-focused telephone experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, general computer knowledge and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

  • Ensuring that inbound and outbound calls are dealt with promptly and
  • Identifying customer needs and utilizing appropriate questioning and listening skills to identify and offer appropriate solutions
  • Negotiating and setting up payment plans
  • Ensuring that all computerized systems are used effectively to help process customer enquiries and communications accurately
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of department expectations, policies and procedures in relation to the role
  • Comply with all regulatory agencies including state and local laws
