Participants must attend all five course segments and successfully complete an exam scheduled on Wednesday, June 14 to receive certification. This educational opportunity starts Saturday, June 10 and operates separately from all other educational break-out sessions.
Breakout sessions will equip credit professionals with a fundamental understanding of best procedures and practices, offering both lower-level and higher-level topics for discussion. Subjects will include Business and Technical Skills, Credit Management, Credit and Technology, Financial Analysis, Leadership and Management, International Credit Concepts and Legal Environment of Business Credit. On Monday, debt collection agencies take the spotlight in “The Psychology of the Debtor: What is Going on in Their Head?” This session will explore debt collection from a customer point of view to learn what factors may positively or negatively affect customer action and payment. Gain new strategies on how to successfully conduct agency services while understanding emotional barriers.
Global Sessions, hosted by NACM’s international division (FCIB), will supply international credit professionals with tools for growing a global business.
