This summer, the Seattle Space Needle will point the way to the debt collection industry’s largest event of the year, the ACA International Convention & Expo.
The ACA International’s yearly event operates as the debt collection industry’s focal point for innovative ideas, products and services. Collection agencies, collection attorneys, creditors and other professionals will take part in the convention scheduled Saturday, July 15 through Tuesday, July 18 at the Washington State Convention Center. ACA International continues to provide essential insight and resources for all debt collection professionals throughout the United States.

On Saturday, tee off day one surrounded by stunning Seattle scenery with a round of golf at Newcastle’s Coal Creek course. At the Sheraton Seattle, complete the first step towards ACA’s Professional Practice Management System Certification with an 8 – hour PPMS training course. Acquire tools to improve daily business operations and provide your company “a foundation for developing, implementing and adhering to professional practices and policies.”
On Sunday, follow AHA’s forum and two add-on seminars to identify and perform effective leadership. First, learn to inspire teams through analyzing strengths, understanding diverse working styles, and encouraging cooperation at Building High Performing Teams seminar. For first-time unit leaders and experienced professionals, the Unit Leadership Forum will present best practices to improve unit operations.
