The National Association of Credit Managers presents the 122nd edition of the NACM Credit Congress & Expo June 10 – 13 at the Phoenix Convention Center. The annual event offers concurrent educational sessions, certificate examinations and a tradeshow for professionals involved with credit management, finance, technology, collections and more.
NACM was founded in 1896 to promote good laws for sound credit, protect businesses against fraudulent debtors, improve the interchange of credit information, develop better credit practices and methods, and establish a code of ethics. The group’s mission has expanded to education, certification and research for members and affiliated credit associations.
A full day of pre-conference certification will be presented Saturday, June 9 in two focus areas: the Business Credit Principles Certificate and the Financial Statement Analysis 2 Certificate.
Sunday, June 10 features a scholarship golf outing, a repeat of Saturday’s certification courses, and other academic programming for credit managers such as the CCE Exam Review, CBA & CBF Exam Reviews, CBA & CBF Designation Exams, CCE Designation Exam, and an Intro to the NACM Certification Program.
The first official day at the NACM Credit Congress concludes more casually with the First-Time Attendee Welcome Gathering and the Expo Grand Opening and Reception.
The remainder of Monday through Wednesday’s programming consists of general sessions, certification courses, business meetings, concurrent educational sessions, the expo hall and social engagement.
