Optio Solutions recently initiated a quarterly collections contest to reward its top performing collectors. The contest began Jan. 1 and runs until March 31. The next quarterly contest will start April 1.
This contest helps acknowledge the hardworking individuals who have contributed to the ongoing success of Optio Solutions since the agency was founded 12 years ago.
“Contests are one way we as an organization can say ‘thank you’ to employees who go above and beyond the normal scope of their job,” said Optio Vice President Tory Hotaling. “Prizes, trips or cash are a way to help them create memories from all of their hard work. Rewarding our superstars is one of the many things I love about being a part of the leadership team.”
The Prizes
Collectors are divided into two separate groups that deal with different kinds of collections, so there will be separate prizes for each group. Prizes will be awarded to the top performer in Group 1 while Group 2 has a first and second place prize.
Group 1: The first place prize winner in this group will have the opportunity to pick a $1,500 paid vacation to one of four destinations:
- A Carnival Cruise to Mexico
- A Lake Tahoe excursion by Vacations Made Easy
- Weekend Getaway to Las Vegas
- Weekend Getaway to San Diego
Group 2: The first place winner from this group will receive an Apple watch Series 4 ($600 value) while the second place winner will receive $400 in cash or a gift items of the same value.
