PETALUMA, CA. (June 9, 2015) – Optio Solutions, one of the only collection agencies in the country that is both PPMS and Tech Lock certified, will expand its capacity to meet the growing demand for its effective collections solutions by opening a new office in Fargo, North Dakota.
The Fargo office will be run by Jeremy Cleveland, recently appointed National Director of Collections. Cleveland reports directly to President and CEO Chris Schumacher.
“Demand has been strong for Optio’s services that assist clients with their collection needs,” Schumacher said. “To serve our nationwide clientèle we needed additional capacity, and we feel Fargo is a great place for us to be.”
Cleveland is an expert in call technology and campaign strategy. He most recently set strategy and oversaw operations, ranging from leadership development to establishing new call centers, for a nationally recognized collection agency.
