Collection and Recovery Solutions 2017

Collection and Recovery Solutions 2017 takes place May 10 – 12 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Las Vegas, and is open to senior-level members of the debt collections industry involved in collection, recovery operations, compliance, risk and strategy on a first-come, first-served basis via registration. The conference offers general sessions, receptions, an exhibit hall and networking opportunities.

Monday, May 8 and Tuesday, May 9

The trade event opens with a pre-conference, two-day workshop called “Third Party Vendor Auditing” that requires separate registration. Delivered by Bev and Ken Evancic of Resource Management Services, the workshop covers learning strategy and practical tips for auditing collection activities, including compliance and consumer protection as well as audit strategies, policies and procedures to meet regulations

Wednesday, May 10

Sessions produced by the Recovery Management Network (RMN) will be offered on the first day of the conference at large. RMN is a networking organization strictly for creditors, providing collection and recovery professionals with the peer contact, resources and information they need to succeed in their jobs.

The day continues with a Cocktail Reception and Key Boxes at Exhibit Hall where vendors will display the latest in products and services. Attendees receive keys from exhibitors and try their luck at winning prizes.

Friday, May 12

After a networking breakfast, participants are invited to attend the 30-minute Creditor’s Roundtables where they can discuss and explore important issues from a variety of collection and recovery topics led by leading industry peers.
