Optio Solutions Hosts Company Update & Employee Awards

On Feb. 27, Optio Solutions hosted its Company Update & 2018 Employee Recognition Awards Ceremony at the corporate headquarters in Petaluma, with staff from its Fargo call center participating via internal webcast.

The update looked back on the last year and forward to 2019 growth and projections while the ceremony awarded employees with recognition and prizes. Separate luncheons followed the event in Petaluma and Fargo.

Employees received an uplifting introduction by President and CEO Chris Schumacher.

optio solutions“We are positioned for a good growth year,” he said. “I want to thank all of our employees for their contributions and hard work. It is people like you that make Optio a great place to work.”

Schumacher discussed several changes during the update, including a more casual-business dress code, improvements to the Tuition Reimbursement program, incentive programs for debt collectors, and suggestion boxes.

“All of these changes will continue to make Optio a great place to work,” said Schumacher, “and there will be more in 2019.”

2018 Employee Recognition Awards Ceremony

Seven Optio Solutions employees received unique rewards, all with their own accompanying prize. Categories such as most improved, supervisor of the year, and employee of the year were included while the qualities of efficiency, team building, and skill set were considered in the evaluation of each winner.

“I was honored to be able to award so many of our employees for their critical contribution to the company,” said Schumacher near the close of the awards ceremony.
